Andrea Pacini was born in Portoferraio (Li) in 1963 and is now a priest of the Archdiocese of Turin. In addition, he is the Director of the Edoardo Agnelli Centre for Comparative Religious studies (Turin); a lecturer in eastern theology at the Faculty of Theology of Northern Italy-Turin Section; a lecturer in Christology at the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences (Regione Conciliare Piemontese); and a lecturer in comparative education at the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Turin.
